MMV is pleased with the news that WHO prequalified injectable artesunate from Macleods Pharmaceuticals Ltd (India) on April 13, 2021.
This brings the number of manufacturers eligible to supply countries using international donor funding to three, thereby enhancing supply security for this life-saving medicine.
